Hi there,

Thank you for your time today. I have attached everything we talked about, and I am happy to answer any questions.

All the best,

Your signatures

Copied. Now add it to your email.

    1. In Gmail, open Settings (the gear), then See all settings.
    2. On the General tab, scroll to Signature and choose Create new.
    3. Click in the box and paste (Cmd + V or Ctrl + V).
    4. Pick it as your default for new emails and replies, then Save Changes at the bottom.

    A signature that travels well

    Host your photo

Email programs show pictures from a web address, not from your computer. Upload your headshot and logo to your website, Google Drive (shared to anyone with the link), or any image host, then paste the address.

    Keep it short

Four or five lines read best on a phone. Your name, what you do, one way to call, and one link are usually plenty; the button is for the one thing you most want people to do.

    Send yourself a test

After saving it in Gmail, send an email to yourself and open it on your phone. That is the truest preview of how others will see it.
